Yes! We love collaborating with other businesses. We simply ask that the collaboration will be a mutual benefit to both our brands. We help women discover their truths, create authentic content, and feel empowered to use their voice through writing.
Do you accept submissions for Joyfully J.?
Yes. In honor of Women's Month, we will feature the writing of five women writers. The theme for March 2018 is "Embracing Womanhood". All submissions must be at least 500 words and are due by January 20, 2018. Selected individuals will be notified by February 3, 2018. Please have a professional head shot and bio ready should your submission be accepted.
In honor of National Writing Month (Nanowrimo), we will feature a book excerpt by five writers in November 2018. Submissions must be at least 500 words and are due by September 30, 2018. Selected individuals will be notified by October 7, 2018. All genres are welcome with the exception of erotica. Please have a professional head shot and bio ready should your submission be accepted.
What kind of services do you provide for writers?
We facilitate writing workshops virtually and in-person.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards are accepted and processed using Stripe.
How does shipping work?
Physical products such as tees, mugs, and pouches are shipped via a drop shipping company. Orders are processed through Stripe via this site then sent to the drop shipping company using our credentials. Payment can take up to three business days to process before being placed. Please allow up to ten business days to receive orders once they are placed.
Books are shipped via USPS. Once they have been sent, you will receive the tracking number to know your order is on the way.
All items have a flat $5 shipping fee.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns on digital products, books, tees, mugs, or pouches. Tees, mugs, and pouches are made to order. Please be sure to check that your shipping address is correct. All sales are final. If you show proof that your product is defective, we will gladly replace your item.
